Expedited shipping is available per Fedex calculated rates. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes.

MADE-TO-ORDER (US Delivery Addresses)
FREE SHIPPING US :
Made-to-order items take 2-4 weeks to deliver with standard free shipping. Your item will be shipped along with a batch of other orders from our manufacturer to our Seattle warehouse. From there, we ship the item to your delivery address.
Once your item has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number to your email. The tracking may take 24 hours to update after shipment.
EXPEDITED MADE-TO-ORDER :
To speed up the process, you can select EXPEDITED MADE TO ORDER, which will take 1.5-3 weeks to craft and deliver. Your item will be shipped directly from our manufacturer to your delivery address
We ship internationally using carriers like DHL and Fedex. Because of their restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We do not cover customs fees and our international customers should be prepared to cover those expenses once the item arrives to their local post office.
Shipping charges vary according to the destination and delivery service selected. At the shopping cart, you will be asked to select the country of delivery and the delivery service. The final shipping costs will be shown before you proceed to payment
* Note:Base shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the overall order. In most cases, this will not be an issue unless your order includes an item that is particularly large, or if you have ordered in large quantities. In the case of a large discrepancy, you will be notified of the difference and your order may be held pending your reply.
Customs & Sales Tax
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. All import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to will be liable to the recipient. As we are unable to advise the estimated amount, we suggest contacting your local customs office if further information is required

Ordered the wrong item? Or just not what you expected? To qualify for a refund, your return must be unworn, have all tags attached, and be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving it. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your item does not meet our return standards, we will not be able to send you a refund. We cannot refund shipping.
NOTE: Customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds
Need to change the size? Or received the wrong item? If you would like to exchange your costume for another size, we can send you a paid return label after you purchase the correct size.
If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue within 48 hours and cover return shipping costs.
