Delivery Information

Order Confirmation

When your credit card payment is accepted by Paypal, you will receive an order confirmation email. Paypal will also send a transaction confirmation to your account. After your order has been confirmed, you can no longer cancel and will have to return the item to receive a refund.


Delivery Times and Costs
  • IN STOCK items will take 2-5 days to deliver from our warehouse based in Seattle, WA. Our MADE TO ORDER items can take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver. To speed up the process you can select EXPEDITED MADE TO ORDER, which will take 2-3 weeks to craft and deliver.
  • We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited. For purchases sent via Standard shipping will take 8-15 days, purchases sent via Expedited shipping will take 3-5 days. These estimates only apply to shoppers based in the USA.
  • Once your item has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number to your email. The tracking may take 24 hours to update after shipment.
  • We ship internationally, using carriers like DHL, Fedex, and EMS. Because of their restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We do not cover customs fees and our international customers should be prepared to cover those expenses once the item arrives to their local post office.


Shipping charges vary according to the destination and delivery service selected. At the shopping cart, you will be asked to select the country of delivery and the delivery service. The final shipping costs will be shown before you proceed to payment.

* Note: Base shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the overall order. In most cases, this will not be an issue unless your order includes an item that is particularly large, or if you have ordered in large quantities. In the case of a large discrepancy, you will be notified of the difference and your order may be held pending your reply.


Express Shipping Details (For shoppers based in the USA)

All IN STOCK orders placed by 3 pm between Monday and Friday will be dispatched the same day (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). US orders are dispatched via USPS First Class and Fedex, these carriers deliver within 2-5 days. Need to speed up delivery? Customs & Sales Tax

Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. All import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to will be liable to the recipient. As we are unable to advise the estimated amount, we suggest contacting your local customs office if further information is required.

We are currently not accepting returns to abide by our local government’s guidelines and support public health. To receive a refund please contact us, we would love to help you!

Ordered the wrong item? Or just don’t like it? To qualify for a refund your return must be unworn, have all tags attached, and be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving it. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your item does not meet our return standards we will not be able to send you a refund. We can not refund shipping.

 NOTE: Customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds

Need to change the size? Or receive the wrong item? If you would like to exchange your costume for another size, we can send you a paid return label after you purchase the correct size.

If you received the wrong item contact us and we will work with you to correct the issue within 48 hours and cover return shipping costs. Please email if you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment.
