Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Not really what you were looking for? No problem! Returning your HPO item is a breeze.
Products eligible for a refund must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, that means have zero sights or smells of wear and tear.
- The item must have all the original tags and labels
- You must return the item within 30 days of it's delivery
If your item meets the return criteria, the actual return part is very easy. Simply package your item with your order slip (that has all the details we need to send your refund). Because we can't cover your return shipping, we ask that you use the most affordable shipping option possible. Then mail your item using the most affordable shipping speed to our warehouse:

Once we receive the item, our shipping team will inspect it and determine the percentage of refund.
NOTE: Customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds
