When will my order ship?
If your item is "Ready to Ship," that means we have stock in our Seattle warehouse and the item is set to be shipped out within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation when we send it off! If your item is "Made-to-Order," it means you'll receive a shipment confirmation after it arrives to our warehouse, which takes about 12-14 days. Once it gets here, we ship it directly to you. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment confirmation!
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
All of our "ready to ship" products are shipped out via FedEx 2-day shipping, unless you use a P.O. box, in which case we will send it via UPS. Our "made to order" products are also send out via FedEx 2-day shipping once they get to our Seattle warehouse, but take about 1-2 weeks to get to us from our manufacturer. We also offer expedited shipping through FedEx in the U.S. and internationally. This cost is calculated by FedEx and depends on your location.
Where is my Order?
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number can be used to see where your item is in shipment. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, your product is most likely still being processed for shipment. If you ordered a "ready to ship" item, this takes about 1-2 business days. If you ordered a "made to order" item, this can take 1-2 weeks.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the globe. Please note that we cannot cover any taxes or custom fees for international purchases.
How Do I Change Payment or Shipping Information?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can modify your order however you like - just reach out to us at email@example.com. Unfortunately if the item has already shipped we are unable to cancel or make any modifications.
Is Buying Online Safe?
Yes! All of your payment information is stored safely in our secure payment network.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please repackage it as nicely as possible and send it back to us at 830 N 127th St. Seattle, WA 98133. Once we receive it, we will inspect it for signs of wear and damage. If your product is in good condition, expect a full refund within 1-3 business days! If your product has been worn or tags are removed, you may be subject to a small restocking fee.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
We only cover return shipping if a mistake was made on our behalf, i.e. we sent the wrong size, color, or product. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us at info@halloweenpartyonline and we will send you a return label. Otherwise, please feel free to use the slowest/most affordable shipping option to return your item - as long as you send it back within 30 days of receiving it, we can process your return.
