By joining the Halloween Party Online rewards program, you will instantly be eligible to earn points with every purchase! These points are easily redeemable at purchase, you can peruse our Rewards Collection for eligible wigs and costumes. Did we mention, that we love to just send you points? Because we do! Don't worry, points NEVER expire, so you can use them when you need them!
Terms and Conditions
By joining this rewards program, you are accepting the terms and conditions set below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted here immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
- To become a member, you are required to provide your name, telephone number, email, and a US mailing address.
- Our membership program is only available to customers in the US - points spent on selected products can only be shipped within the US and only earned by customers in the US.
- Unfortunately, our preferred shipping carriers do not accept points as a form of payment, so we do require that all redeemed rewards come with a small shipping and handling fee.
- If you choose to include another one of our items in your purchase all units will be bundled and shipped together regardless of the difference in dispatch time.
- Shipping, handling, and tax will not be included when earning points. The order total minus any of the three charges listed above will be used to determine your awarded points.
- Points may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- The membership program allows for one account per person and points are non transferable.
- By signing up to receive Halloween Party Online points, you agree to receive offers, promotions, and other commercial messages.
- Points cannot be refunded. In the case where the wrong redemption item was sent please contact us at info@halloweenpartyonline.com. The correct item will be sent at no additional charge.
- For any order cancellation or refund, the points earned in that transaction will be deducted from the member’s account. Points you have spent in that transaction will not be refunded back to your point balance as points are non-refundable.
- If the redemption item selected is out of stock, we will contact you via email to either exchange it for another item or cancel your redemption. In this case of cancellation, we will refund the points back to your account.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP OF THOSE WHO ABUSE OUR PROGRAM OR VIOLATE OUR POLICIES WITHOUT NOTICE.
- In the case of a dispute, our decision will be final.

A: This is our way of showing appreciation to our loyal customers. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, by referrals, purchases, or by following us on our social media platforms. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save!

Q: How do I earn points?
A: You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including following our social platforms, making purchases, writing a review, or referring a friend.
Q: How do I view my point balance?
A: Your point balance is on the pop-up box (reward program) in the bottom right corner.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Activate the rewards bot by clicking the orange oval that says "Earn Free Products!" Now select "Redeem Points" with gift icon. Finally sign in, and the points will automatically be deducted at purchase.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
A: Nope! Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Q: What happens if I cancel the order and get a refund?
A: For any order cancellation or refund, the points earned in that transaction will be removed. And the points you have spent in that transaction will not be refunded back to your point balance.
Q: Do points have an expiration date?
A: No, points NEVER expire!
