By joining the Halloween Party Online rewards program, you will instantly be eligible to earn candies with every purchase! These aren’t your average ‘candies’, consider them more like points that you can later redeem for wigs and costumes through our online store! It’s easy to start earning candies, simply make a purchase and for every dollar spent on your order, you will be granted two candies. Unlike normal candies ours NEVER expire, so keep earning until you have reached your goal for that item you’ve been dreaming of!
Terms and Conditions
By joining this rewards program, you are accepting the terms and conditions set below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted here immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
- To become a member, you are required to provide your name, telephone number, email, and a US mailing address.
- Our membership program is only available to customers in the US - Candies spent on selected products can only be shipped within the US and only earned by customers in the US.
- Unfortunately, our preferred shipping carriers do not accept candies as a form of payment, so we do require that all redeemed rewards come with a small shipping and handling fee.
- If you choose to include another one of our items in your purchase all units will be bundled and shipped together regardless of the difference in dispatch time.
- Shipping, handling, and tax will not be included when earning candies. The order total minus any of the three charges listed above will be used to determine your awarded candies.
- Candies may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash
- The membership program allows for one account per person and candies are nontransferable.
- By signing up to receive Halloween Party Online candies, you agree to receive offers, promotions, and other commercial messages.
- For any order cancellation or refund, the candies earned in that transaction will be deducted from the member’s account. Candies you have spent in that transaction will not be refunded back to your point balance since candies are non-refundable.
- Candies cannot be refunded. In the case where the wrong redemption item was sent please contact us at email@example.com. The correct item will be resent at no additional charge.
- If the redemption item selected is out of stock, we will contact you via email to either exchange it for another item or cancel your redemption. In this case of cancellation, we will refund the candies back to your account.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP OF THOSE WHO ABUSE OUR PROGRAM OR VIOLATE OUR POLICIES WITHOUT NOTICE.
- In the case of a dispute, our decision will be final.

A: You can earn candies for all sorts of activities, including following our social platforms, making purchases, writing a review, or referring a friend.
Q: How do I view my point balance?
A: Your point balance is on the pop-up box (reward program) in the bottom right corner.
Q: How do I redeem my candies?
A: You can redeem your candies at the pop-up box (reward program) when you choose your redemption items. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer and if you have enough candies, you can redeem them for a reward! Make sure to add the reward item to your cart and paste the promo code at checkout!
Q: Is there a limit to the number of candies I can earn?
A: Nope! Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Q: What happens if I cancel the order and get a refund?
A: For any order cancellation or refund, the candies earned in that transaction will be removed. And the candies you have spent in that transaction will not be refunded back to your point balance since candies are non-refundable.
Q: Do candies have an expiration date?
A: No, candies NEVER expire!
